Pairings are out for the upcoming girls regional basketball tournaments in class 1A, 2A and 3A.
Sheldon was assigned to Region 6 of 3A. They will open on Saturday February 11th at Sioux Center. The other upper bracket quarterfinal has Rock Valley at Spirit Lake. The lower bracket features Okoboji at Unity and MOC Floyd Valley at West Lyon.
Estherville and Cherokee were assigned to Region 1 of Class 3A
Area teams were assigned to Region 4 of Class 1A with the top seed going to Remsen St Mary’s. 1A playin games are set for Thursday February 9th to set the quarterfinals for the 14th.
Area 2A teams were assigned to Regions 2 and 3. Central Lyon received the top seed in Region 2 with Sibley Ocheyedan the top seed in Region 3. Play in games in 2A will be on Saturday the 11th with the quarterfinal round on Tuesday the 14th.
