Gophers Host Iowa, Friday At 6 PM

(Minneapolis, MN) — The University of Minnesota football team will host the University of Iowa on Friday night at TCF Bank Stadium in Minneapolis.

The Golden Gophers and Hawkeyes are each coming off of wins last weekend. Both teams are 1-2 on the season. Iowa coach Kirk Ferentz says they’ll have defensive tackle Austin Schulte and linebacker Jack Campbell back on the field after dealing with injuries. Minnesota has the reigning Big Ten Offensive Player of the Week in running back Mohamed Ibrahim, who has 431 yards rushing and eight touchdowns in the past weeks. Kickoff is set for 6 PM.
