Hilger Named NSCA All-American

Lauryn Hilger was named to the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) All-American team announced by the association Monday.

Nominated by Northwestern College Strength and Conditioning Coach Kyle Ochsner, Hilger’s is among 15 athletes from across the nation to earn this honor, awarded to athletes who are dedicated to and see the importance of strength and conditioning.

Hilger, a three-time NAIA All-American, earned first team accolades last fall after leading her team to a 26-9 overall record and trip to the 2018 NAIA National Championship Tournament. She completed her career as a four-time all-conference pick and two-time NAIA Scholar Athlete.
