Iowa State OL James Neal on spring drills

Ames, Iowa (RI) – The struggles of last season has motivated Iowa State offensive lineman James Neal during spring drills.

The native of Georgia started four games at left tackle this past season, before being moved to guard and he was later moved to tight end. He is back at left tackle this spring and says the key to staying there will be consistency.

Neal says he tried to stay positive during his struggles.

Neal says a focus this spring has been on pass potection.

Neal says spring is a time to gett better in all aspects.
