Iowa State Takes On Pitt Friday In NCAA Opener

Iowa State coach T.J. Otzelberger feels the Cyclones are ready for the NCAA Tournament.

After stumbling down the stretch of the regular season the Cyclones take a 19-13 record into Friday’s first round game in Greensboro, North Carolina against Pitt.

Pitt advanced to the opening round by edging Mississippi State 60-59 in the First Four.

Senior guard Gabe Kalscheur says the Cyclones have rebounded after a four game losing skid late in the regular season.
