Iowa’s Freeman adjusting to college game

Iowa freshman Owen Freeman has spent the summer adjusting to the physical challenge of college basketball.

The 6-10 native of Moline helped lead Moline High School to an Illinois state championship last season and is expected to make an immediate impact for the Hawkeyes.

Freeman says his athleticism is an advantage on the front line.

Freeman says style of play is a major reason he is at Iowa.

The Hawkeyes leave on Saturday for a three-game trip to Paris and Spain,
