Nighthawks Working To Get Better Day After Day This Football Season

Rock Valley, Iowa — The 2019 Boyden-Hull/Rock Valley Nighthawks are coming off of a Class 2A football runner-up finish and third straight trip to the dome.

Nighthawks Head Coach Cory Brandt says a fourth straight trip is not what he’s looking at heading into this season.

Brandt says this year’s seniors are stepping up.

Coach Brandt talks about what it is like coaching 117 kids that are out for football this season.

Keyton Moser gets the ball at quarterback for the Nighthawks, and Brandt talks about his progression from last season to now.

The Nighthawks take on the 2018 Class 1A champion West Sioux Falcons week 1, and Brandt gives us his thoughts on the game.

The Nighthawks face the Falcons at 7 pm on Friday, August 30th in Hawarden.
