Sioux City, Iowa — Top ranked Morningside hosts Baker of Kansas on Saturday in the quarterfinal round of the NAIA football playoffs.
The Mustangs cruised to a 55-0 opening round win over Carroll of Montana while Baker survived a 59-54 shootout victory over Olivet Nazarene.
That’s Morningside coach Steve Ryan who says his team must raise its level of play.
Ryan says his team will have a tougher physical challenge on Saturday.
