State qualifying for area wrestlers was on the Saturday schedule. Girls tournament basketball also continued with the opening round in Class 3A and Class 2A with Sheldon at Spirit Lake on KIWA AM 1550/FM 100.7. On KIWA FM 105.3 it was Boyden-Hull at Emmetsburg.
