The No. 5 Iowa State men’s basketball team hosts Mississippi Valley State Monday night

Ames, Iowa – The fifth-ranked Iowa State men take lofty expectations into Monday night’s season opener at home against Mississippi Valley State. The Cyclones have their top four scorers back from last year’s team that played in the Sweet Sixteen.
