The Northern Iowa Panthers are in a good position for the post season as they get ready for this week’s visit from Indiana State.
The Panthers are 6-3 after a win at nationally ranked Illinois State
That’s coach Mark Farley. With a strong finish the Panthers will be in a good position to earn a first found bye in the FCS playoffs.
Indiana State is 3-6 and lost Iowa transfer quarterback Ryan Boyle to a season ending injury. Farley says the Panthers know the Sycamores are better than their record.
Farley says the Sycamores have made progress in the past few weeks.
Farley says the Panthers face a tough challenge.
