Hull, Iowa — In a girls only non conference basketball match up Western Christian defended the home floor with a 75-35 win over Sioux City North Monday night.
Western played a strong four quarter game as they led at all the breaks 15-4 at the end of the first quarter and built that to a 12 point lead at the half 28-16. At the end of three the lead was 51-26 as they rolled to a 75-35 win.
Sienna Moss led all scorers with a 26 point night. She was joined in double figures by Madison Vis with 12 points. The Stars were led by Madison Craighead with 9 points in the contest.
With the win Western is 4-13 on the year. Sioux City North falls to 1-12 on the season. Next up for the Wolfpack is a conference double header at Cherokee on Friday. North returns to conference play Tuesday night playing host to Sergeant Bluff Luton.
