Statewide, Iowa — Western Christian’s Dalton Lems was named an At-Large 2A Boys Cross Country Coach Of The Year by the Iowa Track and Field Coaches Association.
Lems coached the Western boys to a 3rd place finish at the State Meet, and a top three finish in every meet.
Cherokee’s Matt Hoskinson earned At-Large 2A Girls Coach of the Year honors. Hoskinson led the Braves to a 5th place finish at the State Meet, and 5th place or better in each meet this season.
