Seven Groups Sue USDA Over Pork Processing Revisions
(IARN) — Seven organizations last week jointly filed a lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Agriculture over its decision to reduce oversight at pig slaughterhouses and eliminate limits on slaughter speeds.
