Mr. Martin Raak, age 92, of Orange City, passed away on Saturday, September 15, 2012, at the Landsmeer Ridge Retirement Community in Orange City.
There will be a funeral service on Friday, September 21, at 10:30am, at the First Reformed Church in Orange City. The Rev. Mark Haverdink will officiate. Interment will follow at the West Lawn Cemetery in Orange City.
Visitation will be after 4:00pm on Thursday, with the family present from 5:00pm to 7:00pm, at the Oolman Funeral Home in Orange City.
Audrey Schulte age 88 of Sibley, IA died Saturday, September 15, 2012 at the Sibley Nursing and Rehab Center in Sibley, IA
Funeral service will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday September 18, 2012 at United Methodist Church in Sibley with Rev. Shannon Pascual officiating. Burial will follow at Holman Township Cemetery in Sibley.
Visitation will be Monday, September 17th from 3 – 8 p.m. with family present from 6 – 8 p.m. at the Jurrens Funeral Home of Sibley.
Mary E. Monroe, age 77 of Rock Rapids, IA died after an extended illness on September 12, 2012 at Sanford Hospital in Rock Rapids, Iowa.
Funeral service will be 10:30 AM Monday., September 17th at Jurrens Funeral Home in Rock Rapids, IA, with Rev. Carolyn Salberg officiating. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery at 6605 Morningside Ave. in Sioux City, Iowa.
Visitation will be Sunday, September 16th from 5:00 to 8:00 PM, with the family present at the Jurrens Funeral Home of Rock Rapids, IA.
Raymond Braun age 80 of Sibley, IA died Tuesday, September 11, 2012 at the Osceola Community Hospital in Sibley.
Funeral service will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, September 15, 2012 at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Sibley, with Reverend James Berka officiating. Burial will follow in the Pleasant view Cemetery in Little Rock, IA.
Visitation will be Friday, September 14th from 2-8 p.m. with the family present from 6-8 p.m. at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Sibley. The Jurrens Funeral Home of Sibley is handling arrangements.
Baby Mason Rian Dean Engelkes, age 17 days, son of Jason and Natosha Engelkes of Sheldon, Iowa, died on Sunday, September 9, 2012 at the University of Minnesota Children’s Hospital in St. Paul, Minnesota.
Memorial Services will be Friday, September 14, 2012 at 10:30 A.M. at the Andringa Funeral Home Sheldon Funeral Service in Sheldon. Pastor Craig Nissen officiating. Burial of the cremated remains will be at the Gilman Township Cemetery in Ashton, Iowa, following the Memorial Service.

Mrs. Helen Eldridge, age 90, of Orange City, passed away on Thursday, September 6, 2012, at the Bickford Cottage in Sioux City.
There will be a funeral service on Monday, September 10, at 10:00am, at the American Reformed Church in Orange City. The Rev. Keith Krebs will officiate. There will be a graveside service on Monday, at 1:30pm, at the Crown Hill Cemetery in Ruthven.
Visitation with the family will be the hour before the service on Monday at the church.
