The weather will turn cooler and wetter this week with the potential for a little severe weather and heavy rainfall. The heavy rainfall will be the biggest threat and the better chances will be Tuesday night into Wednesday night. Some isolated severe storms will be possible this afternoon and evening.
Hot and summer-like conditions continue today, so stay hydrated if outside. Increasing clouds will cause temperatures to return closer to average during the work week. Thunderstorms are possible starting Monday, with rain becoming likely by mid-week.
