Local Sheldon Shop Vandalized

sheldon police pd car door logoSheldon, Iowa — Sheldon police responded to the report of a vandalism at a local business Saturday morning.

According to authorities, they were alerted to the vandalism shortly after 7:00 am on Saturday, January 7th, when the owner of Bliss Salon and Spa reported that she had stopped at her business and found that two, four-foot tall, 125 to 150 pound Atlantic Blue Stone Landscaping vases, which had been located on both sides of the front door, were smashed and broken.

The vases were valued at $400 each.

The investigation is ongoing.
