Thunderstorm risks begin to rise late Thursday, with a strong front on the way for Friday night. Thunderstorms will increase in coverage in the region on Friday, with a few strong storms possible. Cooler temperatures and continued rain lingers into Saturday. The good news is that Sunday looks cool, but dry.
Rain is headed our way to finish this week and begin the new weekend. Rain chances increase late Thursday night, but peak Friday night and Saturday. Rainfall amounts of a half inch to 1.5 inches are likely, with higher amounts also possible.
