Hartley, Iowa — The northwest Iowa summer festivals continue — and this weekend it’s Hartley’s turn.
Hartley Chamber Board President Curt Stoltz tells us that everything kicks off this Friday night, August 5th.
Stoltz says the big day of fun in Hartley is Saturday.
He says that schedules are available at businesses in town and the schedule and a parade entry form are available on their website at hartleyiowa.com.
