Rock Valley, Iowa — A Rock Valley man faces multiple felony sexual assault, and one misdemeanor Indecent Exposure charge, following his arrest Wednesday morning (January 17th).
Sioux County authorities say the charges against 71-year old Lloyd Schlumbohm stem from an investigation into the report of alleged unwanted and inappropriate sexual contact between Schlumbohm and a minor victim, that reportedly occurred at a residence east of Rock Valley several times over the past 11-years.
Deputies say Schlumbohm is charged with three counts of 3rd Degree Sexual Abuse, Class C Felonies, and one count of Indecent Exposure, a Serious Misdemeanor.
According to Sioux County Jail records, as of mid-afternoon Wednesday, Schlumbohm remained in custody at the Sioux County Jail.
