Sioux Sheriff Partners With “See Something – Say Something”

Orange City, Iowa — In light of the recent Florida school shooting, along with the many previous mass shootings, the Sioux County Sheriff’s Office has announced their partnership with the National See Something – Say Something program.

The Sioux County Sheriff’s Office says they need your eye and ears to help in their quest for public safety. They say if you see something suspicious, report it. According to authorities there are many ways you can go about reporting suspicious activity:

Call 911

Go to the Sheriff’s website, www.siouxcountysheriff.com and learn how to use their “Text-A-Tip” program

Download the Sioux County Sheriff App, which has an easy one-click method to use “Text-A-Tip”

Use the anonymous reporting method associated with their Nixle posts. The posts provide easy instructions on using it

Report your information to any local law enforcement officer

Report it to school authorities or workplace supervisor

Sioux County authorities say they will be sending out information via social media, reminding everyone, if you See Something – Say Something.
