DeBoer To Golf For NWC

golf 3Orange City, Iowa — Brock DeBoer (Sioux Center, Iowa) has signed a letter of intent to continue his golf career at Northwestern College in the fall of 2016.

DeBoer has played three years for Sioux Center High School heading into his final spring season. DeBoer earned all-conference honors three consecutive years and is a two-time district qualifier. He won two events on the Siouxland Junior Golf Tour and has a 79.15 scoring average. DeBoer has personal bests of 36 per nine holes and 73 on 18. An honor roll student, De Boer plans to major in Actuarial Science at Northwestern. He is the son of Brian and Lisa.

“I’m excited the Brock has decided to join the Red Raiders,” commented head coach Aaron Aberson. “He is a hard worker who possesses good power. Because of that, I believe that Brock is just starting to realize his full potential on the course. It will fun to watch Brock continue to develop over the next four years at NWC.”
