Rock Rapids, Iowa — A Baltic, South Dakota man is behind bars in Rock Rapids after a report of a suspicious vehicle and a slow-speed pursuit.

Sheldon, Iowa — Two people were transported to the hospital in the aftermath of a two-truck collision early Tuesday afternoon one-half mile south of Sheldon on Highway 60.
