Saturday, March 15th, Amie Adams, author of the book: “The Observer” will be at the Prairie Woods Nature Center.
In the morning session from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Adams will discuss her book, which is about a little known Iowa naturalist Olaf Wolden, and will give a short lesson about naturalists from Iowa’s past along with a Q & A about the book as well as a nature walk. This session is geared towards adults and co-sponsored by Orange City Library.
In the early afternoon session from 11:45 p.m. to 12:44 p.m. this is your opportunity to bring your lunch and picnic with the author at the Prairie Woods Nature Center.
After lunch from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Amie Adams will once again discuss her book, give a short lesson about naturalists from Iowa’s past along with a Q & A about the book as well as a nature walk. This session is geared towards families. Co-sponsored by the Orange City Library.
