The Cherokee Regional Medial Center will be hosting a town hall event Monday, December 15th, for community members wanting more information about the clinic transition process and how to access health care services.
This transparent event will take place at 6:30 p.m. at the Primghar Community Building located at 215 1st Street SE in Primghar.
Cherokee Regional recently announced that effective Saturday, December 27th, they will aquire MercyOne Primghar Family Medicine located at 240 N. Rerick Ave. in Primghar. Any MercyOne patients looking to transfer their care, as well as any residents looking to learn about Cherokee Regional’s healthcare services or the services of the Primghar Medial Clinic are encouraged to attend.
Cherokee Regional’s goal is to open the Primghar Medical Clinic, a hopsital outpatient department of Cherokee Regional Medial Center, the week of December 29th. It will join the Cherokee Medial Clinic. At that time, former MercyOne clinic patients will be invited to transfer their care to Cherokee Regional’s new Primghar Medical Clinic.
