The City of Sheldon will be smoke testing its sewer lines from Monday Sept. 23rd to Friday, Sept. 27th. The City of Sheldon asks everyone to pour water into your drains to ensure that your traps are full prior to the smoke testing. Don’t panic, smoke will be coming out of the sewers (and maybe roof drains if things are hooked up wrong). Again make sure your drains have water in them to avoid smoke coming into your property.
