Community Blood Bank will come together with Hegg Health Center and the Netherlands Reformed Christian School to offer two community blood drives on Friday, November 22 to strengthen the community’s blood supply going into the holiday season.
Hegg Health Center (1202 21st Ave) will host a blood drive between 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. with donor registration located in OPS waiting room. Donors wishing to schedule a donation can log onto cbblifeblood.org, select “events”, and November 22nd, Hegg Health Center or call Community Blood Bank at 605-331-3222. All those donating blood will receive a $10 Scooter’s gift card as a thank you gift.
Netherlands Reformed Christian School (712 20th Ave., SE) will host a blood drive between 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. with donor registration located inside the schools main entrance. Donors wanting to schedule a donation appointment can call the school office at 712-476-2821. All those donating will receive a $10 Scooters gift card as a thank you gift.
