Fossil, Artifact, Rock and Bone Day will take place March 7 from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. at Prairie Woods Nature Center.
At this open-house style event, visitors are encouraged to bring fossils, artifacts, rocks, or bones they would like help identifying.
Dr. James Mahaffey, retired Dordt University professor, will be on site with his collection and resources to assist guests.
