Lyon County Community Wellness Day will be Wednesday, May 21st, from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Forster Community Center in Rock Rapids.
A free will donation meal will start at 4:30 p.m. and run to 6:00 p.m.
There will be free CPR training for kids ages 14-and-older, free Narcan Training for adults. To register call 712-472-8200.
Other events include vison screenings for kids ages 6 months to 5-years-old, dental screenings for kids ages six months to 18-years-old, a tour of Lyon County Ambulance, along with kids paint and take craft.
You will also have the opportunity to discover community resources for health and well-being for all ages.
