The natural world is filled with color, shape, and design. In 2019, the O’Brien County Conservation Board will be hosting a monthly Nature’s Art series to engage people of all ages in looking at nature through an artistic lens.
The next program in the series is “Icy Art” which will be held at the Prairie Heritage Center on Saturday, February 9. The event begins at 2:00 p.m. Participants will create two different types of projects to take home. Capture the essence of winter, and sample some different art techniques. You may be surprised to recognize the many colors in the winter landscape.
There is no reservation required. This program is suitable for all ages. Call the Prairie Heritage Center – 712-295-7200 for more information.
