Northwest Iowa Community College will host a 60th anniversary Chamber Coffee on Monday, April 27th, from 9 to 10:30 a.m. in the LLRC in Sheldon, inviting the community to celebrate six decades of service, students, excellence, and impact.
The event will include a brief program at 9:30 a.m. and will welcome retirees back to campus as part of the celebration. Attendees can also meet NCC athletics staff and student‑athletes representing sports shooting, men’s and women’s soccer, and women’s volleyball, with information available about the men’s golf program launching in fall 2026.
As part of the anniversary, NCC is collecting stories, photos, memories and video greetings from alumni, retirees, employees, students and community members. Submissions may be featured during the celebration and in the special 60th anniversary edition of The Connection magazine this fall.
