A Pine Needle Basket Class will be held February 7 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Prairie Woods Nature Center.
Participants will learn one of the oldest forms of basket weaving in the world while creating small pine needle baskets. Then, they will have time to enjoy soup and camaraderie over lunch.
A $10 supply fee will be paid at the door, and the class is limited to 10 people. Guests are welcome to stay for the full day or drop in for part of it to get started.
