Downtown trick-or-treating will be from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
City-wide trick-or-treating will be from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Trick-or-treating at Sanford Hospital will be from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
