Winter Fireworks are allowed only between the hours of noon on New Years Eve, December 31st, and 12:30 a.m. on New Year’s Day. See link to our code. In other words, the fireworks window for New Year’s Eve is now 12 hours, and 1/2 hour on New Year’s Day.
