Sheldon Power and Equipment is a growing equipment dealership and service center working on semi trucks, agricultural equipment, and small engines. We’re looking to add a Parts Specialist who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a professional, well-run shop.
This is a customer-facing role focused on helping customers find the right parts, managing orders and keeping inventory flowing smoothly.
What You’ll Do
• Assist walk-in and phone customers in identifying and ordering the correct parts.
• Place and track orders with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery.
• Manage and organize inventory levels for accuracy and availability.
• Deliver excellent customer service with every interaction.
What We’re Looking For
• Mechanical background or strong knowledge in agriculture equipment and/or semi-trucks preferred (we’ll provide training for the right candidate).
• Organized and detail-oriented, with strong computer skills.
• Customer-first attitude and clear communication skills.
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
