Sheldon, Iowa — The traffic light on Highway 18 on the Taco John’s corner in Sheldon is not working properly.
At that intersection, Highway 18 (also known as Park Street) crosses North Runger Avenue to the north and 34th Avenue to the south, and is just a short distance from the Highway 60 expressway. The area is known as “Sheldon Crossing.”
Authorities advise motorists to proceed into and out of the intersection with caution. The traffic light will not be fixed until sometime on Tuesday (August 26th).
