Rock Rapids, Iowa — A Doon man has been arrested on warrants — one of which was a felony warrant.
According to the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office, on Wednesday, December 9th, their officers arrested 27-year-old Leonard Michael Doiel of Doon on the two active Lyon County warrants.
Deputies tell us that the first warrant was for Sex Offender Registry Violation-Second or Subsequent offense, a class D felony. The second warrant was for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a simple misdemeanor.
According to the sheriff’s office, Doiel was transported to the Lyon County Jail where he was lodged on a combined $5,300 cash or surety bond.
