RockValley, Iowa — Rock Valley firefighters responded to a report of a structure fire late Monday morning about 3-1/2 miles west of Rock Valley.
According to the Sioux County Sheriff’s Office, firefighters found a machine shed fully engulfed by fire when they arrived on scene. Fire departments from Hull, Sioux Center and Hudson, South Dakota assisted Rock Valley fire crews in battling the blaze.
Authorities say no injuries were reported, but several pieces of farm machinery housed in the shed were destroyed.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation, according to authorities.
