Primghar, Iowa — A Hartley teen was injured when his vehicle rolled near Primghar on Saturday, July 1st.
The O’Brien County Sheriff’s Office reports that at 11:15 am on Saturday, 16-year-old Clint Peters of Hartley was driving a 2002 Chrysler Town and Country northbound on Highway 18. According to the report, the van entered the west ditch and rolled over and then re-entered the roadway and landed on its wheels.
The Chrysler received $2,000 damage.
Peters was injured in the accident and taken by private vehicle to Baum Harmon Mercy Medical Center in Primghar.
Deputies say they cited Peters for Failure to Maintain Control.
