Ireton, Iowa — An Ireton man faces a felony sex charge following his arrest on Thursday.
According to court documents, 22-year-old Barret Vonk is accused of committing a sex act against the alleged victim’s will earlier this year.
Vonk was taken into custody on a warrant for 3rd Degree Sex Abuse, a Class C Felony, in connection with the alleged incident.
If convicted of the charge, a Class C Felony carries a penalty of up to 10-years in state prison.
