Sheldon, Iowa — A Sheldon Police Officer arrested a Spencer man on a pair of felony warrants late Wednesday evening (December 20th), on Western Avenue in Sheldon.
According to a report from the Sheldon Police Department, one of their officers took 26-year old Anthony Martin Paulson of Spencer into custody on two felony narcotics-related warrants, out of Clay County.
Online court records indicate that Paulson is charged with a felony controlled substance violation, along with Failure to Affix a Drug Tax Stamp. Both charges are Class “D” Felonies.
