Lyon County, Iowa — A Jasper, Minnesota man received a jail sentence and was ordered to submit a DNA sample in connection with an incident that occurred this past May.
Court records say that then-66-year-old Carmine Immediato accepted a plea agreement in which he pled guilty to a charge of Indecent Exposure. Court records say Immediato was charged with exposing himself to a group of children in the pool area of the Grand Falls Casino on May 30th of this year.
Court records indicate that Immediato admitted to one misdemeanor count of Indecent Exposure, with a second, felony charge being dismissed as part of the plea bargain.
Immediato was sentenced to 365 days in jail, with 185 days suspended and credit for time served. He was also ordered to serve two-years probation, pay a fine, and register in Iowa as a sex offender. In addition, Immediato was ordered to submit to a DNA test, which will be kept on file.
