Rock Rapids, Iowa — A Rock Rapids man has been arrested on drug, sex abuse, and incest charges.
According to a criminal complaint filed with the Lyon County Clerk of Court’s Office by the county sheriff’s office, 38-year-old David Warren Jr. of Rock Rapids was arrested on Sunday.
In her statements, the deputy says Warren had sexual contact with a member of his family and also provided marijuana to this person, who was a minor.
Warren was charged with drug distribution to a person under the age of 18, a class B felony; three counts of third-degree sexual abuse, a class C felony; and three counts of incest, a class D felony.
If convicted of a class B felony, Warren could face up to 25 years in prison, with 10 years on a class C charge and five years on a class D charge, if convicted.
He faces a preliminary hearing on Thursday, October 23rd.
At last report, Warren remained in the Lyon County Jail in Rock Rapids in lieu of a $70,000 bond.
