Rock Valley, Iowa — A Rock Valley man faces felony drug charges after an arrest earlier this week.
The Rock Valley Police Department reports that they arrested 20-year-old Andres Alberto Ramos of Rock Valley on Tuesday, May 3rd, 2016.
Officers say they executed a search warrant at 1215 14th Street Lot #4 in Rock Valley, after which Ramos was charged with Possession with Intent to Manufacture or Deliver Marijuana – less than fifty kilograms and Failure to Affix Drug Tax Stamp, both class D felonies; and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, which is a simple misdemeanor.
