Rock Valley Woman Hits Deer

deer_sxcRock Valley, Iowa — A Rock Valley woman struck a deer on Tuesday, February 28th near Rock Valley.

The Sioux County Sheriff’s Office reports that at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, 40-year-old Dulce Quijada of Rock Valley was driving a 2008 Buick Enclave southbound on Dogwood Avenue, two miles west of Rock Valley. According to the report, Quijada struck a deer on the roadway.

The Buick received $4,000 damage.

No injuries were reported.
