Sibley, Iowa — A Sibley man faces a felony charge following his arrest by Osceola County authorities Saturday.
The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office reports that one of their deputies arrested 53-year old John Alfred Rivadeneira Mosquera, of Sibley, on a charge of Operating While Under The Influence 3rd Offense, which is a Class D Felony. In addition, Rivadeneira Mosquera was charged with Driving While License Denied or Revoked, a Serious Misdemeanor, and Driving While License Under Suspension, following a traffic stop at the intersection of 4th Street and 4th Avenue in Sibley.
Authorities say Rivadeneira Mosquera was transported to the Osceola County Jail in Sibley, where he is being held on a $63-hundred bond.
