O’Brien County, Iowa — A Sioux City woman was arrested by an O’Brien County Deputy on a warrant charging a probation violation.
Monday afternoon, 20-year old Sydnee Lynn Johnson was arrested on the warrant, which, according to online court records, stems from felony theft and forgery cases, dating as far back as April of last year.
According to online court records, on Thursday, October 4th, O’Brien County Attorney Micah Schreurs filed an Application for Probation Revocation, and Judge Nancy Whittenburg issued a bench warrant for Johnson’s arrest the very same day. The warrant was served on October 8th, and Johnson was taken into custody and transported to the O’Brien County Jail at Primghar, according to online arrest records of the O’Brien County Sheriff’s Office.
