Maurice, Iowa — Sioux County deputies are seeking information about the vandalism of a farm field near Maurice this past Wednesday.
According to authorities, around 5:20 Wednesday afternoon, June 2nd, deputies received the report of a vandalism that had occurred in a farm field near the intersection of 490th Street and Highway 75, two miles south of Maurice.
Deputies say their investigation revealed that a black mid 1990’s Chevrolet Silverado pickup entered into the field, drove around in circles and figure eights, then left the area driving westbound on 490th Street. No damage estimate is available.
