Lyon County, Iowa — A Sioux Falls man faces a felony charge following a traffic stop Saturday.
According to Lyon County authorities, a Lyon County Deputy pulled over a vehicle driven by 47-year old Gary MacBeath of Sioux Falls, Saturday June 2nd.
The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office says their deputy suspected that MacBeath was under the influence of alcohol, and initiated an investigation. Deputies say that the investigation resulted in MacBeath’s arrest on a charge of 3rd Offense Operating While Intoxicated, which is a Class D Felony.
MacBeath was reportedly lodged in the Lyon County Jail at Rock Rapids on a $5-thousand bond.
