Hospers, Iowa — Two vehicles backed into each other in Hospers on Sunday, February 28th.
The Sioux County Sheriff’s Office reports that at about 11:38 am, 26-year-old Megan Walburg of Hospers was backing a 2008 Chevrolet from a residential driveway onto 5th Avenue South in Hospers. Nineteen-year-old Zachary Dykstra of Orange City was backing a 1997 Saturn SL1 from a residential driveway onto 5th Avenue South, across the roadway from Walburg. According to the report, the two vehicles struck on the roadway.
The Chevrolet received $1000 damage. The Saturn received $1500 damage.
No injuries were reported.
